Central Texas EMS was pleased to assist The Wesleyan at Scenic skilled nursing facility with intravenous therapy training for their nursing staff. CTEMS paramedics provided expert instruction on starting and maintaining peripheral IV lines as well as the care and maintenance of central IV lines. The Wesleyan can now accept patients requiring IV therapy.

This was a wonderful opportunity for the Wesleyan and Central Texas EMS to work together to enhance the level of medical care available within our community.
