Central Texas Regional EMS (CTREMS) is a locally owned medical transport service, whose owners and operators have over 50 years of combined experience in EMS. Our concern is getting your patient or family member to their desired location in a safe and friendly manner. We are not a 911 service so our attention and resources are not diverted from your needs to handle other incoming calls.

We have a full capability service. We can offer the most appropriate level of care for your patient to include:

• Call-taking.

The professionals who take your call to request service must be courteous and efficient. They must effectively solve any challenges or problems related to your request for service.

• Clinical care.

Our EMT’s and paramedics are all certified or licensed by the State of Texas. Many are also registered through even more rigorous standards at the National level. Our EMT’s and paramedics provide quality care under the watchful eyes of the Training Officer, Operations Director and physician Medical Director.

• Compassion.

All CTEMS team members must demonstrate genuine compassion in every aspect of care and communication with our customers.

Patients, families and caregivers need kindness and concern as much as they need quality care and technical skill. We are committed to meeting that need.
